Terms of sale and use

Last updated: October 28, 2026 · This is a translation; the French version prevails.

The service

Memora copies the Memories from your Snapchat account to the service of your choice (Google Photos or Google Drive), using the data export you request from Snapchat yourself. Memora is an independent service, not affiliated with Snap Inc.

Acceptance

You accept these terms and the privacy policy by ticking the box before starting a transfer. We keep proof of this agreement: the version of the terms you accepted and its date. If these terms change, the new version will be shown to you at your next transfer.

Free trial and plans

This is not a subscription: there are no recurring charges. The plan you buy is linked to the Snapchat account of the export and stays valid if you retry or resume a transfer.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your currency. In the European Union, they include VAT; in Canada, taxes (GST, QST or HST) are added to the price shown. The exact total is shown before payment. Payment is processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for the order, which handles invoicing, taxes and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.

Money-back guarantee (14 days)

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked: reply to Paddle's confirmation email, or write to us at contact@savememora.com.

The service starts as soon as you pay, at your request. For customers in the European Union, this 14-day guarantee replaces the legal right of withdrawal, which does not apply to a fully performed service.

What Memora does not guarantee

Use

You only use Memora for your own Memories, or with the consent of their owner. Any abuse (getting around the limits, attacking the service) may lead to refusal of service.

Liability

Memora is provided with care, but without any guarantee of results beyond what is stated above. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country, state or province.

Contact and disputes

Contact: contact@savememora.com. If you disagree with something, please write to us first: we always look for a friendly solution. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
