1 Request your Snapchat export
On accounts.snapchat.com → My Data, select Memories. Snapchat emails you when the export is ready: download the .zip file(s).
Snapchat takes a few hours to a few days to prepare the export, and then it is only available for a few days. Add a reminder so you don't forget:
2 Choose where to send your Memories
Memora only sees the album or folder it creates. It never touches the rest of your account.
Google Photos: a "Snapchat Memories" album, your Memories sorted by their real date in your gallery, on your phone too. Google Drive: a "Snapchat Memories" folder, handy to keep the original files.
3 Start the transfer
- On accounts.snapchat.com → My Data, find your ready export.
- On the Download button: right-click → Copy link address (on iPhone: long press → Copy Link).
- Paste it below: it is fetched right away. Several files
mydata~….zip? Repeat for each one, at your own pace.
⏱ Each link expires after a few minutes: paste it right after copying it. Once the transfer has started, you can close the page.
Choose your export's zip (all the zips if there are several). If you already opened it, the memories_history.json file is enough.
⚠ With a zip, the upload runs from your device: keep this page open until the end. If it closes, upload the same zip again: Memora will pick up where it left off. To be able to close the page, use "Paste the link" instead.
